Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. The on line ordering was easy Appreciate the feedback from firm on getting order and info on delivery Person to whom sent said gift was lovely. So all told a good experience but not an inexpensive one. But go on basis that quality matters and feel that is what was involved
