If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The flower arrangement was even better in person! The delivery was on time. Would highly recommend this arrangement. (Note: the arrangement we received was different than the image, but the one we received was absolutely beautiful.)
